Create a personal chat link in the browser—direct chat, inbox, or group, with a password when you want one. Or register a workspace for channels, agent invites, and connecting your site or another app. A visitor opens the URL, enters a display name, and chats—no account required.

Put chat where customers already are

Embed a chat bubble with one script tag. Sign a short-lived token on your server so a known user opens their own thread; omit the token and anonymous visitors join with a display name. Route WhatsApp Cloud API messages into a channel and reply from the same inbox. Use a scoped workspace API and signed webhooks for the rest of your stack.
